Enhance Edge 24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Enhance Edge, we are dedicated to providing our students with the highest quality online tutoring services. To ensure the availability of our tutors and maintain a professional and efficient tutoring environment, we have implemented a 24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. We kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to this policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify Enhance Edge of cancellations at least 24 hours before the tutoring session. Cancellations must be made via email to admin@enhanceedge.com or by connecting with us on WeChat or Whats App. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the following:

a. First Instance: Clients will be issued a warning.

b. Second Instance: Clients will be charged 50% of the session fee.

c. Third and Subsequent Instances: Clients will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling Policy

If a client needs to reschedule a tutoring session, they must also provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the session. Rescheduling requests can be mailed to admin@enhanceedge.com or by connecting with us on WeChat or Whats App. If the rescheduling request is made within the 24-hour window, the following fees apply:

a. First Instance: Clients will be issued a warning.

b. Second Instance: Clients will be charged 25% of the session fee.

c. Third and Subsequent Instances: Clients will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late to a tutoring session, the session will end at the scheduled time. Clients will be charged for the entire session, regardless of the time spent. Tutors are not obligated to extend the session to accommodate late arrivals.

No-show Policy

If a client does not show up for a scheduled tutoring session and fails to provide any notification, they will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the 24-hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy may be made at the discretion of Enhance Edge management on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us immediately to discuss any such situations.
